TUITION & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Tuition is paid monthly and is due on the 1st.
A $25 late fee applies to payments after the 1st.
Tuition remains the same regardless of holidays, studio closures, or missed classes.
To take the stage in the Spring Recital, accounts must be paid in full through June.

ABSENCE POLICY

If a dancer must miss a session, it is your responsibility to notify the **Gravity Dance Company** office via phone or email prior to the scheduled class time. This allows us to update our instructors and maintain the professional flow of the studio. While we do not offer refunds or credits for missed time, make-up class options may be available depending on current enrollment and studio availability for absences due to illness, injury, or emergency. Please contact us at **info@gravitydanceco.com** to discuss make-up opportunities tailored to your dancer's level. Please note that make-up sessions are not provided for studio closures, holidays, or pre-scheduled cancellations, and accounts will be charged for all registered classes regardless of attendance.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

At **Gravity Dance Company**, we keep our enrollment open throughout the season to offer maximum flexibility for our families. You are welcome to add or drop classes at any time without a penalty fee. However, to maintain accurate billing and roster management, our policy requires a formal email notification of withdrawal at least **5 days prior** to the 1st of the upcoming month. This ensures you are not charged tuition for the following billing cycle.

PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES

We are thrilled to provide our dancers with two premier performance opportunities each season to showcase their growth and artistry! The first is our **Holiday Showcase**, a curated "sneak-peek" held in December where friends and family are invited to the studio to watch a performance during the final 10 minutes of class. Our marquee event is the **Spring Showcase** in June. This is a high-profile, professional production that serves as the cornerstone of our season. Dancers experience the full "pro-track" environment, performing on a large stage with cinematic lighting, professional-grade sound, and high-definition video recording to capture their moment in the spotlight.
